With the Big Brother Awards, Bits of Freedom draws attention to individuals, companies and governments that have grossly infringed our digital rights. They award three prizes. The winner of the Audience Award is chosen by the audience and a jury of experts awards the Expert Award. Finally, with the Felipe Rodriguez Award Bits of Freedom honors someone who has meant a lot to our privacy.
The Big Brother Awards 2022 will be awarded on 13 February 2023 at De Brakke Grond. With amongst others spoken word artist Onias Landsveld, art by Studio Julia Janssen and music by Shishani.
