Dr. Jiska Engelbert (Erasmus University) is a media and communication researcher who is interested in the discourse of politics and the politics of discourse. She coordinator of the VSNU Digital Society programme. For the Centre for BOLD Cities, Jiska mainly focuses on questions about smart city discourse and the right to the (smart) city.
