Next November 30, dr. Jiska Engelbert will take part in the panel 'Digital inclusion: Beyond policies of individual responsibility?' at the Digital Society Conference 2021, on behalf of Erasmus University Rotterdam/ LDE Centre for BOLD Cities.
The Digital Society Conference is about connecting citizens, researchers, policy advisors, civil society organizations, industry and entrepreneurs. The goal is to collaborate towards a common goal: to create a better digital society which is beneficial for all.
Engelbert will present the outcome of the VSNU Digital Society Team Science project; Digital literacy in the public library, a project she worked on with Prof. dr. Liesbet van Zoonen, academic director at the Centre for BOLD Cities and Miyabi Babasaki, project manager ‘Gemeenteraadsverkiezingen’ at the Centre for BOLD Cities.
